Leo Scarin is an artist and designer working with code, by means of interactive and performative media. Leo Scarin is an artist and designer based in The Hague. He is an Interactive / Media / Design lecturer at KABK, as well as a Moving Image lecturer at ArtEZ.

Between political research and coding practice, Leo Scarin investigates the social and increasingly ecological impact of digital culture. His work takes diverse forms across XR, moving image, interactive and performative media.

As half of RGBdog ???? creative studio for bonding technology ???? Leo Scarin produces experimental publications, community-based events, and educational contexts. Leo Scarin's work has been featured at local and international media art circles, including V2_Lab for Unstable Media, the Hmm, iii, FIBER, IFFR, TodaysArt, STRP, IMPAKT, and Eye Filmmuseum.
