Sven Lütticken
Sven Lütticken is an art historian. He is an Associate Professor at Leiden University’s Academy of Creative and Performing Arts, where he supervises PhD projects in the PhDArts programme, and he leads the research master's track Critical Studies in Art and Culture at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
He publishes regularly in journals, magazines and catalogues, and has organized exhibitions and screenings, performances and lecture programmes. Recent publications include Objections: Forms of Abstraction, Vol. 1 (Sternberg Press, 2022) and States of Divergence (Minor Compositions, 2025)
