His current research centers on physically based sound synthesis and non-standard synthesis models. He was a member of the Sound and Music Computing Group, Centro di Sonologia Computazionale, University of Padova (Italy). He is currently a faculty member at the Institute of Sonology and the Art of Sound Department at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague.
