Roc Montoriol
Roc Montoriol is an artist based between Barcelona and The Hague. He combines an interest in sonic ecology and performativity to investigate the mutual dependencies between sounds, places and listening.
His recent work engages constellations of vegetal sounding and listening, drawing on transductive approaches. By way of field recordings, on-site interventions, performance and writing, he researches through and with plants the emplaced conditions of aurality.
